If you still aren't a Händlerbund member, and have received a justified or unjustified warning, we'll represent you right away if you become an Unlimited or Professional member.
Representation Even if the Warning is Legitimate

We work on your competition, trademark or copyright warning free of charge, regardless of whether it is a legitimate or unauthorized warning. Our warning representation is independent of whether you have used the legal texts provided in an Unlimited or Professional membership package or have already made use of a shop inspection.

We naturally assume liability for the legal advice we provide to you in connection with your warning.
Extrajudicial & Judicial Representation

Warning disputes can often be settled within the framework of a settlement. Our lawyers review and modify the cease-and-desist declaration, if necessary, and negotiate with the other party. After personal consultation and agreement with you, our competent specialist lawyers will initiate all necessary steps for the defense. In the event of a legal dispute, we will provide you with a lawyer free of charge who will professionally represent you in all court proceedings.

In order to make optimal use of the high degree of specialization, we maintain a close exchange between the individual departments and form the appropriate team of experts for each member.
Complete Cost Coverage

We regularly give your online or platform shop a software-based inspection to ensure that the legal texts are up-to-date and correct. If you receive a warning under competition law despite the inspection, we will assume the necessary costs of necessary extrajudicial and judicial representation in all instances within the framework of the extended guarantee *** and provide you with a lawyer. In addition, we assume the opposing extrajudicial and judicial lawyer's costs, any court costs incurred and any claims for damages by the other party up to an amount of €5,000.00. The extended guarantee is valid from the booking of, and payment of, the Professional Package using the legal texts provided by us in the shop specified for the extended guarantee. The guarantee conditions can be found under part 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Händlerbund Management AG. We reserve the right to check the shop for further errors. The warranty does not apply to reported, unresolved errors.

We will advise you on all legal questions relating to your presence and provide you with sufficient information and implementation advice on changes to the law. In the Premium membership package you will receive a monthly allotment of 10 e-mails (unlimited number of characters). Unlimited and Professional members can use the legal advice via e-mail is unlimited.

As an Unlimited or Professional member our legal experts will inspect one shop of your choice once every 12 months. In our Login-Area you can also purchase additional Shop Inspections. As a Basic member you can purchase an inspection in our Händlerbund Marketplace.
